Sunday, February 8th is the Super Bowl, the BIG game. But the Sunday School students want to remind you that it is also the Souper Bowl of Caring. Many will be having parties and enjoying the game, and we’d like to take time to remember those that are hungry and in need. The students will be serving delicious soup on Sunday, 2/8 during Fellowship and we will be collecting monetary donations to support My Brother’s Table in Lynn. They serve lunch and dinner Monday-Friday and one meal per day on weekends. In addition to serving meals 7 days a week, MBT delivers meals to homebound individuals, participates in a family dinner program, provides meals to at risk seniors, and hosts a free weekly medical clinic. Our goal is to collect $500 this year. We hope you’ll bring your appetite and give generously.

A bright spot in February! Please be sure to join us for worship on Sunday, February 15th, for our annual Teddy Bear Sunday! New stuffed animals will be collected for Middlesex Human Services program’s family shelters.
While homelessness is difficult for the whole family, the children involved often needed some extra TLC. Handing them a soft stuffed animal to hug is so helpful. We’ve collected a wide assortment of critters over the years, everything from aardvarks to bears, to fish, to lions, to zebras. So use your imagination and bring a furry friend to donate along with a human friend to share in this uplifting service.
